Cancellation Policy

Did something come up and you need to change the time or day of your appointment? No problem! Just text us and we would be happy to accommodate your busy schedule. We just ask that you give us some time to adjust ours.

If you cancel or change your visit within 48hrs, we’ll charge your card on file and issue you Happy Home Points that you can redeem for future service. Same day cancellations negatively affect our Cleaners, so if you cancel the same day we’ll need to apply a $25 charge.

Any cancellations within 2 hours of your visit or no-shows will result in a charge of the full visit price.  Finally, we offer steep discounts to our recurring customers; if you’re signed up for recurring service but only end up receiving service once or do not maintain the recurring frequency you’ll simply be billed at our one-time rate.

Please note that we are not in the office on Sundays.  Any Saturday night and Sunday messages or email will be treated as if it was received Monday morning at 9am.
