Appointment Changes and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: Life gets busy! If you need to change the time or day of your appointment, simply text us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule, but please give us ample notice to adjust ours.

Cancellation Fees:

  • More than 48 hours: No charge.
  • Within 48 hours: We will charge your card on file, and you’ll receive Happy Home Points for future redemption.
  • Same day: A $25 fee will be applied due to the impact on our cleaners.
  • Within 2 hours or no-show: You will be charged the full visit price.

Recurring Customer Discounts: We value our loyal customers and offer attractive discounts for recurring services. However, if you opt for recurring service but only receive service once or don’t adhere to the frequency, you’ll be billed at our standard one-time rate.

Office Hours: We’re out of the office on Sundays. Any messages or emails received on Saturday nights and Sundays will be processed as if they arrived on Monday at 9am.
